Accessibility statement
last updated · 2 May 2026
Tsunami (Clapham) Ltd is committed to making this website accessible to as many people as possible, in line with the European Accessibility Act (in force June 2025) and the UK Equality Act 2010.
Conformance status
This site aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We test continuously and treat any conformance gap as a bug to fix. As of the date above, no Level AA failures are known to us.
What we’ve built in
- A keyboard skip link as the first focusable element on every page.
- Semantic landmarks (
<header>,<nav>,<main>,<footer>) so screen readers can jump directly. - Visible
:focus-visibleoutlines on every interactive element. Targets meet the 24×24 CSS-pixel minimum (44×44 on touch). - Honouring
prefers-reduced-motion— animations are disabled when your operating system requests it. - Forms with visible labels, required-field indicators, and autocomplete attributes so password managers, address fillers and assistive tech work as expected.
- Alt text on every meaningful image; decorative imagery is correctly marked empty so screen readers don’t over-announce.
- Sufficient colour contrast across the dark editorial palette. No information is conveyed by colour alone.
