Strictly necessary

These keep the site working. They’re set automatically and you cannot opt out (the site won’t function without them).

• tc_intro_v3 — per-session flag so the intro animation only runs once. Cleared when you close the tab.

Analytics (optional)

Only set if you accept the analytics category in our cookie banner. These help us understand which pages people read, on what devices, and where the traffic comes from. We do not link any of this to you personally.

• _ga, _ga_* — Google Analytics 4. Expires after 13 months.

Functional & embedded content

If we embed third-party content (Google Maps on the visit page, an Instagram feed, an OpenTable booking widget if added), those services may set their own cookies. Read their policies for full details.
