How we handle allergies in the kitchen.
Major allergens are handled in our kitchen daily, so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. We do, however, take every reasonable step to prepare your dish safely.
When you flag an allergy, your order is marked at the pass. Boards, knives and pans are switched, gloves changed, and your dish is plated separately. The chef on the section confirms every ingredient before it leaves the kitchen.
For severe allergies, please call us before booking on 020 7978 1610 so we can talk through your options ahead of the night.
