Terms

These terms apply to your use of the Tsunami Clapham website and the bookings, vouchers and services we offer through it. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Reservations

• Tables are held for fifteen minutes past your booking time. After that, we may release the table to a walk-in.
• For groups of six or more, we may ask you to pre-order from a set menu.
• Cancellations within four hours of the booking, or no-shows, may be charged £25 per guest at our discretion. We’ll always try to call first.
• Special requests are accommodated where possible but cannot be guaranteed.

Private dining and buy-outs

• Private dining bookings are confirmed once a deposit is received and the booking form is signed.
• Final guest numbers and dietary requirements must be confirmed seven days before the event.
• Cancellations more than 14 days before the event are fully refundable. Within 14 days, the deposit is non-refundable.

Gift vouchers

• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase.
• Vouchers can be redeemed against food, drink and service charge in the restaurant. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If your bill is higher than the voucher value, you pay the difference. If lower, the remaining balance stays on the voucher.
• Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

Allergies

We handle major allergens in the kitchen daily and cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please flag any allergy when booking and again with your server on arrival, so we can advise on what is safe to order. See our allergens page for the fourteen statutory allergens we declare.

Use of the site

Site content (photography, copy, design) is owned by Tsunami (Clapham) Ltd or used under licence. Please do not reproduce without written permission. Press use is welcomed — see the press page.

Liability

We take reasonable care to make sure the information on this site is accurate, but we don’t accept liability for errors, downtime, or for any indirect loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or for personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the English courts.
